Added a workflow to the DAX Copilot interface to import a list of encounters. The list should be in CSV format. The available fields are, date-time, patient name, patient date of birth, patient sex (M/F/U). The patients date of birth and sex are optional fields.

CSpeak, the NMH, Word VSTO, and Outlook VSTO extensions are now all compiled against DotNET framework v4.8.

The DAX Copilot interface has been updated with the latest branding standards. You will no longer see any references to AutoPilot.
