You may want to create a usage report to find out more about how your users are utilizing DMO or CSpeak. To do this, you will need access to the Nuance Management Center (NMC).

Once logged in to the NMC, click on the Reports tab and select the button for Cloud Usage. Your Organization will be entered automatically.

Select a date range and the options by which you would like to sort the report. For example, to create a usage report that displays users for the month, select the month you want to view and then sort by Organization (first) and User (second). Click Search.

A common way to check and see which version of CSpeak an organization is running is to use the search criteria to group by user and application. This will show you all of the versions of CSpeak used by the collection of users during the specified timeframe.
